This sensor fits both passenger and driver side O2 sensors on upstream side of catalytic converter. This will cure your PO135 and PO155 error codes (of course it could also be a wiring problem, but if you have 60,000 miles on the OD, it is most likely the O2 Sensor. My first one failed at 83,000 miles. Both the upstream and one downstream O2 sensors have failed. One downstream is still working and I have 220,000 miles on the OD. O2 sensors are rated for about 100,000 miles. The only other failure on this truck was a $75 ignition coil on the #8 cylinder.
4 wire Denso “first time fit” oxygen sensor, original equipment direct plug in, no wire cutting. 10.83 in. lead wire.
Designed with precision, manufactured to the highest O.E. quality, guaranteed to fit right the first time. This O2 sensor will outlast most other oxygen sensors due to Denso’s superior quality. Constructed with Denso’s exclusive aluminum oxide trap, this extra layer helps to protect from silicone and lead poisoning which causes premature sensor failure. This combined with other Denso high quality features including stainless steel housing and porous teflon filter all contribute to make a long life oxygen sensor with improved engine performance and greater fuel efficiency.

The three O2 sensors I replaced in Feb of 2011 are still working fine.
